Thanks for stopping by! My name is Rachel. I LOVE food! In part due to my profession as a registered dietitian, I have an affinity for delicious food that’s also healthy. I live by the motto “all things in moderation”. I believe that no food should be off limits and that all things are ok to eat. Finding balance is the key to a healthy life while enjoying every bite along the way.

In this blog, you will find mostly healthy recipes along with some not so healthy recipes to be enjoyed every once in a while. I look forward to sharing my life through recipes with you and welcome any feedback you have.
