Healthy Travel Mix

I wanted to write a quick post before we head out to the world of barbecue! We are heading to Kansas City for a basketball game and to load up on some delicious barbecue. Since I believe that life is all about balance, I thought it would be a good idea to pack a healthy snack to travel with. This is easily adaptable to whatever you have in your cupboard.

I plan to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and snack on a few easy-to-peel clementines to snack on along the way.

Healthy Travel Mix

1 cup bran flakes

2 tablespoons dark chocolate covered raisins

2 tablespoons unsweetened dried apple rings, sliced

2 tablespoons walnuts, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons unsweetened toasted coconut flakes
